Remote Production Go‑Live Recovery Without Direct Server Access

During an Intelerad weekend on-call shift, a healthcare client was preparing to move from test into live production when remote login failed. With limited weekend support and no direct access, I coordinated with the client infrastructure engineer, guided diagnostics, isolated a legacy test-phase cron job consuming resources, and helped reroute essential services to keep the deployment moving.

Situation

Critical imaging system go-live, remote access failure, limited escalation coverage.

Action

Guided client-side Linux diagnostics, checked resource usage/processes, reviewed cron configuration, backed up and disabled the problematic job.
